Green toast - fresh avocado with basil leaves

Bread, slice and toast lightly in the toaster oven - slices can be rubbed with crushed garlic.
Wash avocado, peel, cut into pieces, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and canola oil - about 1 teaspoon. Mash avocado with lemon and oil with a fork.
Spread avocado on toast or regular sandwiches, add torn basil.

Avocado gluten-free sandwich with natural cheese, delicious salmon and fresh basil leaves
Wash, peel and cut fresh avocados into small pieces. Mash avocado with lemon juice, mix it with natural homogenized cheese and chopped dill.
Spread paste on bread, arrange pieces of smoked salmon on it.
Finally, add a few basil leaves. Hint: if you don't have time or don't want to peel and crush the avocado yourself then buy fresh guacamole paste from the store

Toast with tomato paste and cottage cheese
Put the sandwiches in the oven or toaster oven to brown them a bit.
Scald tomatoes (2) with boiling water and peel off the skin. Blend tomatoes, basil (pinch), flaxseed (2 tbsp), canned red beans (1/3 cup) and 1 clove of garlic to a smooth paste.
Spread the paste on bread.
Arrange slices of white cheese on top of the sandwich.

Gluten-free sweet sandwiches with nut cottage cheese and banana
Finely chop the walnuts (approx. 1/3 handful).
Mix skim cottage cheese (2 slices) with natural yogurt (2 tablespoons) to a smooth paste.
Add the nuts to it and mix again.

Mix cream cheese 2 tablespoons, Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon, chives 1 tablespoon, dill 1 tablespoon and pepper a pinch in a small bowl until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Add sliced plain cucumber on top (amount at your discretion : )

Gluten-free sandwiches with fried egg and fresh vegetables
Spread your favorite spread on the sandwich - butter, cream cheese or olive oil.
Put green lettuce, tomato or peppers on the sandwich.
Fry a fried egg and put it on sandwiches. At the end you can sprinkle with chives : )

Hawaiian-style sandwich
Finely dice your favorite ham, pineapple and yellow cheese.
Combine everything with a spoonful of regular or vege mayonnaise (as desired). Put the paste thus formed on the sandwich.
Add your favorite vegetable toppings - tomato or bell bell pepper : )
