Organic linseed oil
Linseed oil pressed in our plant is obtained by cold pressing at a temperature not exceeding 35 degrees C, which guarantees the preservation of all nutritional values and biologically active components.
Thanks to this process, the oil retains the ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 acids (4:1), as well as a wealth of vitamin E, whose antioxidant activity helps protect cells from oxidative stress, making the mONCANA oil an exceptionally valuable addition to the diet.
What properties does linseed oil have?
Flaxseed oil, which is gaining in popularity, is not only a tasty oil, but also has a number of health properties.
Flaxseed oil is obtained from flax seeds, which are a treasure trove of omega-3 unsaturated acids, and thanks to the fact that we do not use chemical and physical refining processes during production, MONCANA oil retains many nutrients in an unchanged form.
The ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids in flaxseed oil is an optimal 4:1, which is conducive to maintaining a proper balance of these components in the diet.
