Research confirms - Moncana 100% gluten-free!

Laboratory Wessling Poland sp. z o. commissioned by the Polish Association of People with Celiac Disease and on a Gluten-Free Diet tested more than a dozen products various manufacturers who described their products as gluten-free. Check results, not everyone meets standards!
Seventeen products labeled gluten-free were submitted to an independent laboratory, including products from Moncana - gluten-free powdered corn germ flour, and gluten-free oatmeal.

You can be sure that our products are 100% gluten-free, safe for people with celiac disease and food intolerances. In our factories, we do not process any products that might contain gluten or allergens other than corn.
We have two extremely modern production facilities, as well as FSSC22000, EKO/BIO, GMP+ certifications, which we are now expanding to include Kosher and Hallal. Our products are mainly made from raw materials sourced from Polish friendly family farms. We work exclusively with certified agricultural producers, for whom high quality and exacting standards are as important as for us.
