Protein chocolate pancakes

Ingredients:
- 60g - Hemp powdered flour
- 40g - Powdered flourwej oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon - Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon - Baking soda
- 20g - Erythritol
- 15g - Cocoa
- 200g - Buttermilk or milk
- 1 egg
- pinch salts
Mix the loose products together and sift through a sieve. Mix buttermilk or milk (can be plant-based) with egg and add to dry mixture. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
Heat a frying pan, grease it gently and place the pancakes by tablespoonfuls. One tablespoon is one pancake. The mass will spread by itself in the pan. Fry for one minute on each side.
They taste great with fruit, peanut butter o skyrope.
