Ingredients:
Powdered corn flour - ⅓ cup flour
Powdered rice flour - ⅓ cup flour
Potato starch - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 2 pieces
Milk - 1 glass
Melted butter - 2 tablespoons
A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:
Pour into a bowl corn flour, rice flour and starches, add eggs, milk and salt. Mix everything into a smooth paste. Then add melted butter. Stir again.
(Optional) set the dough aside for approx. 10 - 30 minutes.
Preheat the pan.
Pour the right amount of pancake batter into the pan with a ladle - the pancakes should be no thicker than approx. 0.5 mm.
Reduce burner power - fry pancakes ok. 1 minute on each side.
