Delicious oatmeal waffles - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside! Gluten-free

Recipe for gluten-free, healthy, tasty and low-calorie waffles made with oat flour.
Difficulty level: easy
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Number of servings: 6 Belgian waffles
1.5 cups powdery oat flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
0.5 teaspoon of salt
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
3/4 cup 2% milk (temp. room)
1/4 cup + 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method of preparation:
Put the dry ingredients into the mixer: oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (optional) - mix it all together.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, melted butter, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients - stir with a spoon until completely combined (dough may be a little lumpy).
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes - oat flour must have time to absorb moisture.
Plug the waffle irons in - let them heat up (if your waffle iron has a temperature setting set it to medium-high).
After 10 minutes, stir the dough with a spoon.
Pour the batter into the heated (!) the waffle iron to cover the center and most of the middle surface and close the lid.
Once the waffles are golden and crispy, remove them from the waffle iron and transfer them to a baking sheet, for example (do not stack the waffles on top of each other - they will lose their crispness).
Serve waffles with maple syrup or other favorite toppings.
