supplies:
- 80 flakes functional oats
- 100 ml of vegetable or other milk
-100 ml of decaffeinated coffee
- 3 tablespoons of agave syrup or maple syrup
- teaspoon linseed (if you have options - grind them fresh)
- teaspoon of chia seeds
- teaspoon of shelled hemp seed
- a copied tablespoon of your favorite peanut butter
- teaspoon hemp seed oil

Mix and add your favorite additives:
- fruit: in my case freeze-dried blackberries, but bananas also work great

Place in the refrigerator overnight (min.8h) where they all swell beautifully and come together.
