Our oat flakes come from Finland, where oats are grown (for 100 years!) exclusively on contract farms using genetically pure seeds, and thanks to sustainable agriculture, our oatmeal is free of pesticides, nitrates and other harmful substances. In our plant we do not process no products that may contain gluten and allergens other than corn, which further guarantees the absence of contamination.

Oatmeal - what to make of it?

Oatmeal with fruit and nuts:
Add to a glass of oatmeal a sliced banana, a handful of berries and nuts. Pour in two cups of milk and heat for 3-5 minutes. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
Oatmeal Smoothie with Banana and Peanut Butter:
Blend 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 banana, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon honey and ice cubes. Serve right away.
Baked oatmeal cookies:
Mix 1 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of whole wheat buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup chocolate chunks. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
