the amount of carbohydrates can be seen in the picture of the package in the product description. Fluffy puncakes have a lot of them, with 70 per 100 grams of product. You can find a recipe for pancakes with good GI from Magda of Tasteful Passions here: Instagram (omit agave syrup)
We recommend experimenting with our mix for buckwheat bread with flaxseed (40 carbs per 100g including 8g of fiber and only 46 GI ) and with a mix of three flours (50 carbs per 100g including 8g of fiber) and a glycemic index of 55). They are called bread mixes, but our customers successfully bake rolls with them, make waffles, or fry pancakes. Both mixtures will be good for your son.
