The set includes 2x BIO natural bread from 3 Flours, 2x BIO low GI buckwheat bread ideal for people with diabetes and our novelties: BIO light sandwich bread with field horsetail and a mixture for breakfast rolls with field horsetail blended with flours from pesticide-free and GMO-free crops. The kit comes with 5 eco-friendly reusable molds made of poplar wood and 10 papillote.

All recipes combine the softness and lightness of different flours and only natural additives. Our flours are subjected to the process of micronization (ultra-fine grinding), which significantly increases the absorption of nutrients and improves the texture and taste of baked goods.

In addition, the mix for light sandwich bread and the mix for breakfast rolls have been enriched with with field horsetail extract, making them a viable support for your health! Silica contained in field horsetail, consumed regularly, supports the immune, circulatory and urinary systems, and also improves the condition of hair, skin and bones.

Field horsetail exhibits strong antioxidant properties, which helps fight free radicals and delays the aging process cells. Silica prevents atherosclerosis and the formation of stones in the urinary tract.
