Filling: - 300g Fluffy garlic cottage cheese - 100g of Greek yogurt - 1/2 teaspoons of salt - 100g of peppers chopped into cubes - 80g of green cucumber finely diced - 1 bunch of chives - 6 diced radishes
Blend all ingredients for pancakes until smooth and fry thin pancakes on lightly greased pan.
Mix cottage cheese with yogurt. Apply after approx. 2 tablespoons of cheeseper pancake and sprinkle with vegetables and chives.
