gluten-free hemp flour butter buns

Ingredients for 7 pieces


Leavening:

  • 10 g fresh yeast
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 40 g of water

Stir until the yeast dissolves

Preparation:

  • Pour hot water over rice flour and potato flakes, stir and set aside until lukewarm.
  • Add egg and starter, mix thoroughly.
  • Mix starch, millet flour, hemp flour, salt and plantain and add everything to the liquid mixture, add soft butter.
  • Make a smooth dough.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Form round buns with oiled hands and place on a baking tray lined with paper. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 23 minutes.


You can also bake the buns in a greased muffin tin.

You can also bake them bigger and use them for burgers.
