Pour hot water over rice flour and potato flakes, stir and set aside until lukewarm.
Add egg and starter, mix thoroughly.
Mix starch, millet flour, hemp flour, salt and plantain and add everything to the liquid mixture, add soft butter.
Make a smooth dough.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Form round buns with oiled hands and place on a baking tray lined with paper. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 23 minutes.
You can also bake the buns in a greased muffin tin.
You can also bake them bigger and use them for burgers.
