FLAXSEED WRAP

Ingredients for 4 pieces:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons linseed flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Filling:

  • Hummus ok. 2 tablespoons per wrap
  • Fresh vegetables cut into sticks - red bell bell pepper, yellow bell bell pepper, fresh green cucumber, carrot, red onion
  • Fresh avocados
  • Marinated Jalapeno peppers

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients with a blender until smooth. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat or less, do not grease anything. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and in a circular motion - starting from the center - spread a round thin pancake. It should be quite thin, use a spoon to spread the excess mixture and level it out. Fry the wraps about 1- 2 minutes on each side. Stuff with hummus and vegetables, roll up or fold into a pocket.

Curiosity: Regulates the digestive system and facilitates bowel movements, as well as increases endurance and performance of the body. Compared to other gluten-free flours, it shows the highest viscosity and prevents dough from crumbling. Excellent substitute for egg in baked goods for vegans and people allergic to eggs.
