How to cook millet groats loose?

Pour boiling water over the groats in a pot, add 2 tablespoons of oil and a teaspoon of salt. Cook on low heat 15-18 minutes, then turn off and leave covered for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and let the excess water evaporate. NOTE! Don't stir the porridge while cooking.

jaggery groats are of Polish origin. We try to make sure that everything that is possible to get in Poland is from Poland. Some products such as tapioca and rice are not available here, but millet is what Poland is known for.
