50 g butter of roasted cashews or blanched almonds
40 g soft butter
45 g agave syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
50 g of dried cherries
Preparation:
Combine all loose ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Add peanut butter, butter, agave, egg, vinegar and dried cherries. Stir with a spoon to combine. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (up and down). Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon 4 cookies at a time onto the paper, level out making a round shape, flatten slightly. Bake 15 minutes. Study on a griddle.
