HOW TO MAKE OUR GLUTEN-FREE WAFFLES? RECIPE FOR 6 PIECES

GLUTEN-FREE WAFFLES

Ingredients for 6 pieces:
⦁ 160 g waffle mix
⦁ 110 ml of milk
⦁ 50 ml of oil
⦁ 2 eggs
⦁ 10 g vanilla sugar
⦁ 10 g sugar or other sweetener
⦁ A pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. Preheat your waffle iron (we recommend a waffle iron with at least 1400 watts of power).
2. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients: milk, egg yolks, oil and sugar. Add gluten-free mix.
3. Mix thoroughly until the dough is smooth, without lumps. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. Beat egg whites to stiff foam with a pinch of salt. Combine the two mixtures, stirring gently with a spatula.
4. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
5. Pour a portion of the batter into the waffle iron and fry the waffles for 3-5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
6. Cool for a while on the griddle to keep them crispy.

Our serving suggestion:

An interesting alternative to powdered sugar is natural, sweet chicory fiber, which you can also find in our range. Goes great with classic waffle toppings.
