MONCANA LOYALTY PROGRAM

Hi, we are glad you are here and appreciate your activity in our store. As a registered user, you can earn loyalty points for purchases, but also for giving reviews to products you use and for subscribing to our newsletter. With the points you collect, you can shop!

Scoring:

• For shopping:

For every PLN 2 spent, you will receive 1 loyalty point. The number of points is calculated automatically with each purchase and depends on the purchase amount. Points will appear in your account up to 72h after making a purchase.

• For product reviews:

We want to motivate you to share feedback on our products. We award 5 points for each approved opinion on products you have purchased from our store, and an additional 5 points for photos added to the opinion!

• For evaluating the goods:

We will assign you 2 points for giving an overall rating for your purchase.

• For signing up for the newsletter:

Registered customers who sign up for our newsletter will receive 15 points at a time. Newsletter is your key to information about promotions, news and special offers.

Use of points:

You can exchange the collected points for selected goods from our store. 10 points is the value of 1 zloty for purchases with points in our store.

Balance check:

You can check the number of points you have accumulated at any time by logging into your account and visiting the "Loyalty Program" section.

Shopping for points:

After logging into the store, you can use your points to purchase all products. Just go to the product card and click "Buy with points" if you have enough points to complete the purchase.
